Ingredients
- Coffee beans — 24 grams
- Hot water — 80 grams

- Hario Scale
- Ode Grinder
- Fellow Prismo attachment
- Aeropress
Instructions
- Heat water to 208-212°F
- Grind coffee to espresso grind (Fellow Ode Grinder Level 1-2)
- Invert Aeropress with plunger pressed down 1/4 of the way into the AeroPress
- Add coffee to AeroPress
- Pour 80 grams water and stir for 20 seconds
- Steep for another 70 seconds (1:30 minutes total)
- Attach Fellow Prismo attachment to AeroPress
- Flip Aeropress on top of mug/glass
- Press with consistently through full extraction
- Dilute with 60-80 grams of hot water to taste
