What "single origin" means

Single-origin coffee comes from one specific source — a single farm, cooperative, or region — instead of being blended across origins. That transparency lets the unique character of a place and process come through in the cup: think bright citrus from Ethiopia, balanced caramel from Colombia, syrupy honey notes from Costa Rica.

How we source

We work with importers and direct relationships that pay producers above commodity prices and prioritize traceability. Every lot is reviewed before roasting, and only lots that meet our cup score make it onto the shelf.
