Bourbon Brown Sugar Syrup

Ingredients
- Boiling water — 2 cups
- Dark brown sugar — 2 cups
- Bourbon — 1 shot (1.5 oz)

Instructions
- Bring water to boil in saucepan
- Add dark brown sugar and stir until completely dissolved
- Add bourbon and stir to combine
- Simmer for 5 minutes to reduce and concentrate flavors
- Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature
- Store in Chubby Bottle in refrigerator
