Cold Brew Carajillo

Spanish-inspired cocktail of cold brew concentrate and Licor 43.

Ingredients

  • Cold brew concentrate — 1 oz
  • Licor 43 (or vanilla liqueur) — 1.5 oz
  • Ice — As needed

Instructions

  1. Add cold brew concentrate and Licor 43 to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake until frothy and chilled.
  3. Strain into a rocks glass with ice.
