Cheese Top Matcha Latte

Creamy matcha latte topped with fluffy cheese cream.

Ingredients

  • Matcha powder — 2 tsp of First Flush Matcha
  • Sweetener — 1 tbsp of sugar
  • Milk — 8 oz of your preferred milk
  • Condensed milk — ¼ cup
  • Heavy whipping cream, cold — 1 cup
  • Cream cheese — ¼ cup (softened)
  • Sugar — 2 tbsp (adjust to taste)
  • Ice — As needed

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Immersion blender
  • Whipper connector

Instructions

  1. Sift matcha powder into blender.
  2. Add milk and sweetener and blend until smooth.
  3. To make the cheese cream: use a chilled mixing bowl.
  4. Add condensed milk, heavy cream, softened cream cheese, and sugar to the bowl.
  5. Use immersion blender to mix until well combined.
  6. Switch to whipper connector and whip until soft peaks form.
  7. Fill a serving glass with ice.
  8. Pour the matcha mixture over ice.
  9. Top with cheese cream and serve immediately.
