Mocha Chocolate Sauce
Rich, decadent chocolate sauce perfect for mochas, desserts, and drizzles.

Ingredients
- Sugar — 2 cups
- Unsweetened cocoa powder — 2 cups
- Hot water — 2 ¼ cups
- Vanilla extract — 2 tbsp

Instructions
- Mix sugar and cocoa powder together dry in saucepan
- Add hot water gradually while whisking
- Heat on medium heat while continuously whisking
- Whisk until all clumps are dissolved
- Turn off heat and stir in vanilla extract
- Store in glass jar in refrigerator
