Mocha Chocolate Sauce

Rich, decadent chocolate sauce perfect for mochas, desserts, and drizzles.

Ingredients

  • Sugar — 2 cups
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder — 2 cups
  • Hot water — 2 ¼ cups
  • Vanilla extract — 2 tbsp

Equipment

  • Glass jar

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar and cocoa powder together dry in saucepan
  2. Add hot water gradually while whisking
  3. Heat on medium heat while continuously whisking
  4. Whisk until all clumps are dissolved
  5. Turn off heat and stir in vanilla extract
  6. Store in glass jar in refrigerator
