Cold Brew Coffee
Smooth, low-acid coffee brewed cold using a 1:5 concentrate ratio.

Ingredients
- Coffee beans — 340 grams
- Cold water — 1700ml

- Coarse grind coffee beans (340g)
- Add grounds to Espro Cold Brew Kit
- Pour cold water (1700ml) over grounds
- Stir mixture to ensure all grounds are saturated
- Cover and steep at room temperature for 12-24 hours
- Strain with Espro Cold Brew Kit into growler
- Store concentrate in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks
- To serve: Mix 1 part concentrate with 1 part water.
- Add ice and enjoy immediately
