Full-immersion brewing for rich, full-bodied coffee.

Ingredients

  • Coffee beans — 55 grams
  • Hot water — 24 oz

Equipment

  • Hario Scale
  • Ode Grinder
  • Clara French Press

Instructions

  1. Heat water to 206°F
  2. Grind coffee to coarse (Fellow Ode Grinder Level 9-10)
  3. Add coffee grounds to French press
  4. Pour hot water over grounds
  5. Stir gently
  6. Steep for 4 minutes
  7. Press plunger down slowly
  8. Serve immediately
