Matcha Oatmilk Cold Brew

Cold brew coffee with matcha and oat milk.

Difficulty: Intermediate · Time: 12-24 hours · Yield: 3 x 10 oz glasses

Ingredients

  • Matcha powder — 3 tsp of First Flush Matcha
  • Sweetener — 3 tbsp of sugar
  • Oat milk — 32 oz of Oatly Oat milk barista edition
  • Ice — as needed per glass

Equipment

  • Blender

Instructions

  1. Sift matcha powder into a blender to avoid clumps.
  2. Add sugar and oat milk to the matcha.
  3. Blend until the mixture is smooth and frothy.
  4. Transfer mixture to a covered container.
  5. Refrigerate for 12–24 hours to allow flavors to meld.
  6. When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice and pour the chilled matcha oatmilk cold brew over top.
